We offer comprehensive resume-building services tailored to highlight military experience in a way that is appealing to civilian employers. Additionally, we provide interview coaching to help veterans present themselves confidently and effectively.

Unity Veteran Services (UVS) is a specialized organization dedicated to assisting active-duty service members and veterans in successfully transitioning from military service to civilian life. Recognizing the unique challenges faced during this significant life change, UVS provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to ease the transition process, maximize the benefits earned through military service, and ensure a smooth integration into civilian society.
About the Founder
My name is Cullan McCormick, and I served nearly seven years in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician. My own transition from military to civilian life was challenging, despite attending the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) class. I struggled to find a career that aligned with my needs, wants, and skills, had little guidance on using my Post-9/11 GI Bill for education, and faced the stress of planning a move without military support.
After eventually finding my footing in the data center industry, I developed a passion for helping other veterans navigate their own transitions more smoothly. My goal is to support fellow veterans in improving their situations as they move into the next phase of their lives.
